ADB IS KNOCKING AT KIGOMA

The
African Development Bank
(AfDB) has approved a loan of UA 43 million to finance a six year District Agricultural Sector Investment Project (DASIP). The project launching workshop was conducted in Dar es salaam from 17th to 19th January 2006. It was officially opened by the Director of Policy Planning Department, Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Cooperatives (MAFSC), Ms Janet Bitegeko. The project objective is to increase agricultural productivity and incomes of rural households in the project area, within the overall framework of the Agricultural Sector Development Strategy (ASDS). It is intended to benefit more than 250,000 farmers in five regions namely Kigoma, Kagera, Mwanza, Mara and Shinyanga. In Kigoma Region, the project will be implemented in Kasulu, Kibondo and Kigoma Rural Districts.

Tuwasiliane kuna jambo nataka kukugusia kusaidia juhudi zako hizi.

Halafu, ningependa kusoma utakapoandika kuhusu matumizi ya mtandao wa tarakilishi bila umeme wa TANESCO kule Kigoma. Na siku ukiweza kukutana na Njili itakuwa poa sana.

Nitafurahi kupata jambo hilo. Bado naifanyia kazi hiyo makala kabla ya kuipandisha. Pia lile swala la mtandao tarakilishi kupitia simu za mkononi nimekusanya takwimu na najaribu kuandika ripoti fupi na nitakutumia nakala.
