Spore, the bi-monthly magazine of the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Development , (CTA) issue number 129 carries an interesting article on Web 2.0 toolkit and its foreseen application on development in the South. The article mention blogs, citing an example of this blog, as the beginning of massive alternative view on the world’s problems created and disseminated from ACP countries themselves.
