AFRICAN CHAPTER CONFERENCE BEGAN IN NAIROBI

A conference that will lead to inaguration of The African Chapter of International Agricultural Information Specialists has began in Nairobi today. Other objectives of the conference are: to showcase promising agricultural information activities and results in Africa; to exchange ideas and help develop the skills of African agricultural information specialists in information handling and management; and to create a platform where agriculture information professionals, scientists and other stakeholders interested in African agricultural information can interact and learn from each other’s experiences. The conference brings together a number of agricultural information professionals from Africa and across the World.
